Happy Preservation Month!

It's been a wild year for me. My work photographing, painting, and sharing unique Boston stories has been shared in the Boston Globe, CBS Boston, and now on a TV series called Meet Boston with Billy and Jenny sharing historic Boston nooks. (See my most recent episode here!). 

As May is Preservation Month, I am once again making art, raffling prizes, and raising funds for the Boston Preservation Alliance, the organization that aids me in promoting and amplifying the stories that make Boston, Boston. 

This year, I will continue to raffle off prints, but I've got another item on offer! Everyone who donates $100 or more will have the chance to win a private walking tour of Beacon Hill for you and 7 of your friends! Donate today to help me reach my lofty goal of raising $5,000 for the Boston Preservation Alliance. (The organizational goal is $30,000, for the inquisitive sort).

I also have a quest this Preservation Month–to Landmark a building. Or at least try and learn the process while doing it. 

The building is a Gothic Revival home located at 71 Sydney St in Savin Hill. It's not just any building. This is the former gatehouse to the grand Tuttle Estate that gave Savin Hill its name. I will be documenting and sharing this process, stumbles, successes, and all, on my Instagram at @StreetscapeCurator. I have both prints and stickers of the building that will be raffled off to those who support my campaign. You can see my painting of the home here. 

The Plan:

Yes, you can still get a print! I will be raffling off fine art prints of 71 Sydney Street titled "I've Got My Eyes On You."

For those who don't want to risk any chances, the first 10 people to donate $150 will each receive a print of this Landmark-worthy building.

Here is how the raffle will work:

Each gift of $20 or more will get you one entry into the raffle for the entirety of this campaign. (No need to give multiple times to win)
Meaning a gift of:

$20 = 1 entry
$40 = 2 entries
$60 = 3 entries
$80 = 4 entires
$100 = 5 entries AND a chance to win a walking tour.

You get the picture!

The earlier you make your gift, the less competition you will have to win! (Because there will be fewer people in the running.)
